1. Shipping Policy
OrganixLab currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value and shipping destination. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@organixlab.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. OrganixLab is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
4. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@organixlab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued for the product value only and do not include original shipping charges.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.
